Champagne Blanc de Noirs Envol is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the parcel (Lieu-Dit) "En Barmont", in the Ricey village, Côte des Bar. Harvest 2018, Champagne Envol vinified and aged in wooden barrels for over 60 months, has zero addition of sulfites and no final dosage (Brut Nature). This cuvée represents the simplest and most intimate expression of the terroir of the lieu-dit “en Barmont”, red clay and Kimmeridgian limestone with a south-eastern orientation which transmit excellent structure, flavor and minerality.
