Assemblage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the best parcels of the Grand Cru location in Ambonnay with south-south-east orientation, loamy limestone soil; Conventional cultivation, manual harvesting in small boxes of sun-picked grapes, spontaneous and thermoregulated fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ageing in oak barrels, bottling without filtration and fining, bottle fermentation and storage on lees of 102 months! This Millésime was disguised in January 2017. Easy dosage of only 2g / l, extra-brut.
Expressing great finesse and great balance, this cuvée is truly a "grand cru" in the true sense of the word! A great drinking pleasure with nuances of jam and pure minerals. An approach of tannin on the palate, enhanced with rich sparkle of bubbles and a good balance of multiple flavours.
