Rare expressive single plot Rosé maceration 2018
 
This rare bottling made from a single plot of 45 year old vines Les Genettes in Grand Cru Ambonnay and aged in small oak barrels without malolactic fermentation to concentrate the richness and penetration. This is an expressive Rosé de Saignée made with maceration for 2 days, the base wine fermented in oak, no malolactic fermentation with an extra-brut dosage of 1.5 grams per litre.
