100% Pinot Noir – Bouzy Grand Cru, Montagne de Reims• 1 parcel planted in 1986 – Bas de Coteau.• 1 parcel planted in 1988 – Haut de Coteau.
 
This cuvée is the precise expression of the Bouzy terroir through two parcels. The power of these south-facing Pinot Noir vines on the Montagne de Reims combines with the freshness and tension derived from the chalky subsoil. Viticultural practices: vines cultivated with respect for living organisms and natural balance.
 
Vinification:• Grapes harvested at optimal ripeness, traditional pressing• Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in barrels• No malolactic fermentation• Aged on fine lees
 
Dosage: disgorged à la volée, 2 g/l
