## Description

Champagne Meslier & Pinot is a Rosé de Saignée Millésime 2020 Brut Nature

Since 2016, Aurélien Laherte is experimenting with the Petit Meslier grape, one of the rare and rarely grown grape varieties. The idea to blend Meslier (freshness) with Pinot Noir was spontaneous. The maceration lasted 20 hours, the wine processing took place slowly in oak barrels and the bottling took place in April 2021. 30 months maturation on the yeast. Disgorged in November 2023 without dosage.
 
This cuvée was produced in a very small edition of only 336 bottles:

- As a reminder of the difficult 2019 season with juice intensity 
- To understand and praise the magical Petit Meslier grape variety and to explore different winemaking methods 
- To enjoy a unique and rare champagne experience
