## Description

Terroir : Venteuil
Blending : Base vintage (60%), 40% of reserve wines from the previous year
Vinification : in tanks and barrels, partial malolactic fermentation
 
This single-varietal Champagne comes from Grumiers finest vineyards in Venteuil. The Chardonnays that make up this blend were born on limestone and clay-limestone soils. This origin gives it a finesse, minerality, and elegance ideal for the aperitif.
