100% Chardonnay, Dosage: 4g/l, maturation of 4 years on the lees
 
100% Côte de Blancs, 75.5% Grands Crus, 24.5% 1er Cru:

- 39.2% CRAMANT Grand cru - 7 lieux-dits dont « Bateau », « Buissons » et « Gros Mont »
- 36.3% CHOUILLY Grand cru - 2/3 « Montaigu » et 1/3 « Ronds Buissons »
- 24.5 % CUIS 1er Cru « Croix-Blanche »
 
Chouilly provides rich aromas, Cuis and Cramant give freshness and minerality.

Pierre Gimonnet Champagnes have a recognizable style: grand Blanc de Blancs Champagnes that are complex and balanced, with refined elegance and incomparable mineral freshness. The Fleuron cuvée, is a true showcase vintage champagne, it is the result of a blending process that combines the qualities of multiple terroirs and "lieux-dits" from the Pierre Gimonnet estate. These qualities obviously stem from the great Terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, but also from the Champagne philosophy: favoring harmony over intensity, balance over ultra-concentration. And for this, blending takes precedence...
