Les Sillons Brut Millésime is a vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne from a specific plot in Chouilly and is built in a new 2000 liter-barrel. Probably one of the best products from the house Legras & Haas.

Parcel: Les Sillons, behind Les Partelaines in Grand Cru Chouilly Vintage: 2016Quantity: 3'600 bottles Grape Variety: Chardonnay Production: 100% organic, no pesticids no herbicides, perfectly matured grapes.
Processing: 8 months in a 20 hl french oak barrel, selected "Quartz" Bio yeast, no filtration, 100% malolcatic fermentation, Dosage extra-brut : 4g/l.
