## Description

NV Blanc de Blancs from Grand Cru Ambonnay
 
Champagne made only from Chardonnay. The origins of the terroir are exposed by revealing a wine of great generosity. Usually the cuvée is made from a blend of 15 - 20 wines from 5 to 6 different vintages. 80% of the wines are vinified in small oak barrels and 70% do not go thru malolactic fermentation. Compared to the Chardonnays from the Côte des Blancs, this blend is balanced, less mineral, but with significantly more body. A very interesting champagne. Dosage Extra-brut : 3-4 g/l.
 
This NV Blanc de Blanc is a symphony of complexity weaving together the terroir and organic wine making processes to create an exciting tale of a light gold, rich citrussy and peachy aroma, with a fresh and punchy mouth, with a finish that lingers, slowly bringing you back down to earth for that second sip.
