## Description

Solera blend of Meunier grape

Roger COULON Heri Hodie is made from 100% Meunier sourced from the sandy Premier Cru terroirs of Vrigny. The wines are composed of a touch of the most recent harvest and around 90 percent from a solera started in 1995 — an endless reserve. As a result, Heri Hodie possesses a delicious maturity and roundness derived from the reserve wines. On the palate, it feels fresh and invigoratingly saline, yet already displays the smooth complexity of a mature Champagne. The two worlds may seem to collide in this Champagne, but they come together in a wonderfully balanced expression. The combination of almost exclusively reserve wines with a small kick from a fresh vintage is an unconventional idea, but one that works brilliantly.

Aged for 3 years on the lees in bottle. Extra-brut dosage: 3 g/l.

Heri Hodie c’est la Référence d’un Plaisir !

The Latin name of the Cuvée Heri Hodie (yesterday-today) reflects this intergenerational connection of the Coulon family, since 1806 and today in the ninth generation.
