Trois Contrées - Cuvée TRILOGY
 
3 GRAPE VARIETIES : Blend from 70% Pinot Noir (partly vinified in wood), 23% Chardonnay, 7% Pinot Blanc. 15% reserve wines.
 
3 PLOTS IN THREE DIFFERENT MUNICIPALITIES : Val Moré in Bar Sur Seine, Les Devoix in Merrey Sur Arce and Clos Bidaut in Ville Sur Arce.
 
3 EXPOSURES : East, South, West (sunrise to sunset). 

 
Tasting notes : Pale gold colour, amber reflections. Elegant and floral nose, spicy and dried fruit notes. Tart, ample, fruity and tense on the palate.
 
Wine and food pairing: Salmon, avocado and pomegranate tartar, Potato and shrimp bricks with lemon confit, Back of cod in lomo dressing, endives with orange and honey sauce.
