The “Enfant Terrible” perfectly balances the fruit of Pinot Noir with the finesse of Chardonnay. Thanks to more than 48 months bottle ageing, we created a sparkling fresh brut champagne which easily holds up with many vintage peers. The nose is welcomed by fresh notes of candied fruit, dried apricot and apple, with a light spicy note towards the end. On the palate, fine mousse combines with yellow fruits and dried berries, rounded by a long and well balanced finish.
