## Description

In Rosé de Saignée, the red grapes that are harvested are macerated for a short time. This enables the colorants to be easily extracted from the grapes. Thanks to the concentration of aromas, Rosé de Saignée champagnes are often particularly vinous and are therefore suitable as food companions.
