The palate is creamy smooth and delivers white almonds and light, bready nuances. Zesty acidity to close. Crisp and assertive, full-bodied and very intense. The bubbles are wonderfully compact. This wine is the most typical to describe grower family Legras & Haas and their magnificiant terroir in the center of the Côte de Blancs. Wine experts give year on year better ratings, rarely below 90 out of 100 points and all agree that it is difficult to find a better Blanc de Blancs from Grand Cru terroir at the same still very attractive price level!
