Rosélie, La Référence du Coeur, is a Rosé de Saignée (par macération) from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes from vignes in Premier Cru Vrigny and Coulommes-la-Montagne. Aged for 4 years with an extra-brut dosage of 2g/l. It offers a very clear, aromatic bouquet of perfectly ripe red fruits. Round and intense on the palate, wide and generous yet dry and piquant rosé with a clear, fresh and salty finish. This is a complex and gourmand rosé with a fine perlage and a well-structured finish.
