80% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Blancs, Dosage : 0g/l

The grapes for this wine come from eight different vineyards in Les Riceys, which are all processed separatly. To the base vintage approxiamtely 20% of reserve wines are added from an endless reserve which is stored in a giant wooden tank. After bottling the wine is resting for two years on the lees. No dosage is added, brut nature.

The champagne is very special for its rare grape selection where to the majoity of Pinot Noir some Pinot Blanc is added giving the wine an unique creaminess and exotic flavors.

In 2018 11'666 bottles produced. Bio certified.
