Champagne Petit & Bajan, Grand Cru Avize, RM

Complex vintage Cuvées  from a small sustainable production

Both from winegrowing families, Richard Petit and Véronique Bajan founded Champagne Petit & Bajan in 2009. They cultivate two of the greatest terroirs of Champagne: Avize and Verzenay, classified Grand Cru vineyards. They only have Chardonnay and Pinot Noir; the vines are 25 years old on average. The wines undergo malolactic fermentation; all champagnes are made entirely from one vintage, which is indicated on the back label.

The richness of their heritage, shape its development with attention to detail, patience and requirement. Every little detail counts ... and that is how we access today to the pure, precise and stylish range of Champagne Petit & Bajan. 

On only 3,15 hectares they have an annual production of 10'000 bottles, an assortment only vintage champagnes with an extra-brut dosage.
