For this rosé de maceration only Pinot Noir grapes are used, which originate exclusively from the plot "Les Barmonts" in Les Riceys and only from the 2014 vintage. Dosage 0g/l, which is very rare to find in Champagne. 

The plot “Les Barmonts” is a south-east facing slope and is predominantly red clay on hard limestone. The alcoholic fermentation took place in oak barrels and then this champagne was aged on the lees for 5 years.

Small annual production of approx. 2'200 bottles and 90 magnums (exact details on the backlabel of each bottle).
