Meet the winemaker Fabien GRUMIER in person, who will present 7 of his best champagnes during this tasting event. Champagne will be accompanied by finger food in the beautiful atmosphere of the Lilienkeller.

Champagne Maurice Grumier, grower producer with a great tradition from the heart of the Marne Valley

The Grumier family history dates back to 1743. Grower-producer Maurice Grumier has been a figure in the Marne Valley for nearly 300 years. The house is now run by Fabien, who is a phenomenal and very innovative producer with his own great secrets and differentiated wines.Fabien and his wife Hélène invest enormously in the modernization and the quality of champagne production. New cuvées are developed and viticulture is largely converted to organic farming, so that additional fertilization and the use of insecticides have long been abandoned and they therefore obtained the HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification. The vines are on average 27 years old. The oldest vines are from 1968.

Lilienkeller for intimate occasions Entering through the venerable Lilientor, one steps into the medieval cellar from the Seestrasse side. The historic Lilienkeller impresses with its preserved medieval room structure featuring sandstone slabs and a ceiling height of approximately 4 meters. The Lilienkeller is easily accessible by public transport. Herrliberg-Feldmeilen train station (S-Bahn Zurich) is only 700 meters away.
