This new release embodies all the elegance and complexity of the great Blanc de Blancs, as well as the expertise of the Bonnaire family.
It is an extra brut Blanc de Blancs (dosage 2.5 g/l) from a single plot, “Les Harengs,” in Bergères-les-Vertus (Premier Cru), in the southern Côte des Blancs.
The plot faces due south. This wine is vinified in oak barrels with malolactic fermentation, giving it a lively and tense attack on the palate, harmonizing with a generous, finely oaked texture that expresses the full uniqueness of this specific site. The wine stands out for its vibrant freshness and subtle minerality.
