Pierre Gimonnet Champagnes have a recognizable style: grand Blanc de Blancs Champagnes that are complex and balanced, with refined elegance and incomparable mineral freshness. The Fleuron cuvée, is a true showcase vintage champagne, it is the result of a blending process that combines the qualities of multiple terroirs and "lieux-dits" from the Pierre Gimonnet estate. These qualities obviously stem from the great Terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, but also from the Champagne philosophy: favoring harmony over intensity, balance over ultra-concentration.
