Blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this wine is vinified for 100% in small oak barrels and 80% is made of reserved wine. Assemblage of 6 different vintages.

No surprise to the fruit quality, hailing as it does from one of the great grand cru villages, Ambonnay and the master of assemblage Eric Rodez! Pure, exotic and sensual. Idiosyncratic on the palate with real flavour and great balance between fruit expression and acidity. Creamy, intense and long.
