100% Chardonnay, dosage brut

The Legras family has sought the finest batches of Chardonnay from its Grand Cru Chouilly parcels and blended them together in order to reflect the incredible softness of the wines from this village. A long maturation on the yeast adds to the quality of this Blanc de Blancs. It reveals a lightly creamy first sip, rich mid palate and fresh and persistent finish, the signature of an outstanding Côte des Blancs. The aromas intensify in the glass to reveal notes of honeysuckle, citrus and pear underpinned by excellent energy and an aromatic profile always in motion.

Wine experts give year on year better ratings, rarely below 90 out of 100 points and all agree that it is difficult to find a better Blanc de Blancs from Grand Cru terroir at the same still very attractive price level.
