Legras & Haas Millésime wines are only made from selected plots in Grand Cru Chouilly, from the heart of the Côte de Blancs. The soil here shows a white appearance from the high chalk content and Chardonnay is the main grape variety produced. The 2011 vintage champagne is powerful and intense and has notes of beautifully ethereal white stone fruits, some citrus, overlaid with white flowers and a distant toasty, grilled note, going to an incredibly fresh finish.
