100% Chardonnay, from a 1.3 ha plot planted in 1962; extra-brut dosage, issued from a Grand Cru vineyard with old vines of almost pure limestone soil. After more than 8 years of aging on the lees it expresses an excellent aromatic cleaness, with notes of white flowers, honey and dried fruits. Great freshness, minerality, complexity and persistence on the palate. An elegant synthesis of richness, deepness and freshness. A great Blanc de Blancs Champagne!

This degorgement tardif of the 2004 vintage is now back with 16 years on the yeast, degorgement in march 2021.
