The only Bonnaire champagne to be aged in oak barrels (225l), therefore truly a "variance" to the other wines from this grower Producer family. This Blanc de Blancs offers a rich, aromatic nose and on the palate the oak is there, but not dominant and very fresh given its very long maturation of 60 months on the lees and an extra-brut dosage of only 2g/l.
A wine for gourmets!
