Brut Heri Hodie, La Référence d’un Plaisir: A varying blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, the last grape playing a dominant role, usually over 40%. Produced from Premier Cru vineyards in Vrigny, Pargny-les-Reims and Les Coulommes de la Montagne, using the traditional method. The wine is built in oak barrels and aged on its lees for a minimum of 3 years before being disgorged. Dosage 5 – 6 g / l.
