This is the magnificent Blanc de Blancs and the elegant classic from the finest Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte de Blancs. The grapes grow in the villages of Cramant, Chouilly, and Oiry, expressing the full class of these three terroirs. As a true Blanc de Blancs, it is made exclusively from Chardonnay.
Artisanal perfection defines the production of this Bonnaire Champagne. Vinification is carried out gently in stainless steel tanks to preserve the pure character and freshness of the hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes. An impressive lees ageing of three years contributes to its complexity and depth. Finished with a light extra-brut dosage, it reveals itself as a hedonistic Champagne that shines both as an aperitif, for toasting special occasions, or as an accompaniment to fine cuisine. This also makes the wine a favourite in the on-trade by the glass.
Bonnaire Terroirs Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs is characterised by a clear and chalky-creamy flavour profile. Fresh yet profound, this Grand Cru delights the palate and leaves a lasting impression.

Robert Parker : 90/100 : The NV Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut is a clear, fresh and chalky Chardonnay from Cramant in the Côte des Blancs that opens with lovely intense and soft white fruit aromas. It is a mouth-filling, very elegant and finessed Cramant with highly digestible balance and stimulating lightness in alcohol (12%). The finish is charmingly round and fruity but also has the typical chalky texture that gives it perfect balance. This is an excellent cuvée with a delicate, salty, well-structured finish.
