This wine is a 100% Chardonnay from a plot named LES HAUTS PARTAS in Grand Cru Chouilly, a village located in the Côte de Blancs. This plot is located mid hillside, the terroir is composed of the for the area typical chalk.

This wine has been matured “sous liège” for six years. This traditional method of ageing with a natural cork instead of a capsule ensures an optimal maturation of the wine on its lees resulting in a rich and pure champagne with a higher vinosity. Indigenous yeast, no fining and no filtration of the wine.

Dosage : Brut Nature. Limited production of 1'800 bottles only (2017).
