Blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the best parcels of the Grand Cru location in Ambonnay with south-south-east orientation, loamy limestone soil. Conventional cultivation, manual harvesting in small boxes of sun-picked grapes, spontaneous and thermoregulated fermentation, ageing in oak barrels, bottling without filtration and fining, bottle fermentation and storage on lees of 96 months. This Millésime was disguised in July 2025. Easy dosage of only 1g/l, extra-brut.
