Rosé Champagne made by blending white and red wines. Terroirs: Limestone, Sand, Chalk, Sparnacien (chalk mixed with clay).
Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay (the exact composition varies with mother nature from one year to another).
Vinification: First fermentation in thermostatically controlled stainless steel vats and oak barrels. Reserve wines aged in oak barrels. Long cellar maturation between 6 to 8 years before this champagne is released to the market.
