For their vintage champagnes from the selection of Empreinte d'un Terroir Roger Coulon only uses grapes of exceptional maturity. This is a rare cuvee blended from equal parts of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The Meunier is grown on a parcel known as Les Linguets which was planted in 1953 with ungrafted vines, which express the original character of this terroir. 8 years cellar ageing and an extra-brut dosage of only 3g/l surprises the connaisseur with a superbly fresh champagne with a great lenght, offering aromas of yellow fleshed fruits and citrus.
