Built in Stainless steel tanks, 18 months maturation on the yeast
Tasting notes: Medium straw in color with green reflects. The nose is dominated by young aromas of fresh yeast, of biscuits, almonds and mascarpone. In a second time, more complexity takes the stage with white fruits notes, tisane and sweet spices such as anise, fennel, lime and tobacco. The mouth is fresh and pure, much more complex than what the nose can express. The wine evolves in citrus notes and spices with a nice structure.
Suggested Wine pairings: Fish tartar, white meat or roasted poultry.
