An mixture of the Grand Cru parcels in Ambonnay and Verzenay with south-south-east orientation, loamy limestone soils, 60-year-old vines, spontaneous and thermoregulated fermentation in stainless steel tank, maturation of 12 months in barrique, bottling without filtration. VP stands for Vieillissement Prolongé (ie very long storage on the yeast), bottle fermentation / storage on lees of 5 to 6 years !!! This champagne carries a strong note of ripe fruit, has solid substance, fullness and power. It is pure, highly sustainable and gently salty and mineral.
