The Blanc de Blancs is the true speciality of the house Legras & Haas. Attractive, fine citrus and white-peach aromas here. The palate is creamy smooth and delivers white almonds and light, bready nuances. Zesty acidity to close. Very taut and steely on the palate, which is nonetheless full-bodied and very intense. The bubbles are wonderfully compact.
