The Blanc de Blancs is the true speciality of the house Legras & Haas. Attractive, Fresh with fine citrus and white-peach aromas here. The palate is creamy smooth and delivers white almonds and light, bready nuances. Zesty acidity to close. Crisp and assertive, full-bodied and very intense. The bubbles are wonderfully compact. This wine is the most typical to describe grower family Legras & Haas and their magnificiant terroir in the center of the Côte de Blancs. Wine experts give year on year better ratings, rarely below 90 out of 100 points and all agree that it is difficult to find a better Blanc de Blancs from Grand Cru terroir at the same still very attractive price level!

James Suckling 2021: 93 points "I love how well the light biscuit and bread-crust character is integrated into the notes of fresh citrus and white blossom. Very taut and steely on the palate, which is nonetheless full-bodied and very intense. The bubbles are wonderfully compact."
