Seit sieben Generationen betreibt Familie Legras Weinbau in der Côtes des Blancs. Mit insgesamt 34 Hektar Rebfläche an besten Lagen erzeugen sie ein besonders elegantes und präzises Portfolio an Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagnern. Jede Parzelle wird separat geerntet und fermentiert, um eine grosse Auswahl an Material für ihre Assemblagen zu ermöglichen. Legras & Haas verwenden nur die besten Trauben und den Saft der ersten Pressung für die Eigenproduktion und verkaufen den Rest an namhafte grosse Champagnerhäuser. 

Auf Chardonnay basierende Blanc de Blancs sind sicherlich die Stärke dieses Hauses. Selbst Intuition (Klassischer Champagner aus den traditionellen 3 Rebsorten) und Rosé weisen einen 50%igen Chardonnay Anteil auf. Der Pinot Noir für den Rosé kommt aus eigenen Parzellen in Les Riceys, für viele Champagnerkenner ein Begriff. Jahreseigenproduktion ca. 160'000 Flaschen.
