Champagne of spirit, this cuvée dosage zero combines power with fineness without any added sugar. Fine perlage, Golden yellow reflections. Long, complex but mostly sensual, the nose reveals notes of white-fleshed exotic fruit.

Varietal: Blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this wine is vinified for 100% in small oak barrels and 80% is made of reserved wine. Assemblage of 6 different vintages.

Tasting Notes:

In the mouth it is creamy with ultimately exotic fruit notes allowing the alliance between body and mind.
