This ratafia is the result of blending grape must from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir taken from the press, without filtration, with marc brandy. This Ratafia aged for a very long time in oak barrels which gives it a deep amber color. Already very expressive nose, it has a harmonious sweet taste with aromas of citrus peel, dried and candied fruit.
This liquor of 18% alc. tastes very fresh as an aperitif, but also accompanies foie gras, melon, cheese and chocolate dessert.
