Champagne made only from Chardonnay. The origins of the terroir are exposed by revealing a wine of great generosity. Usually the cuvée is made from a blend of 15 - 20 wines from 5 to 6 different vintages. 80% of the wines are vinified in small oak barrels and 70% do not go thru malolactic fermentation. Dosage Extra-brut : 3-4 g/l.
