In the parcel Les Beurys, the average age of Pinot Noir grape vines are 40 years. This wine from Grand Cru Ambonnay is made in small oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation, no transition to industrial cold, no filtration. This Champagne is precise and mineral. It is light, fresh and mineral reflecting the sensuality of the terroir. Vintage wine base is from the harvest of 2016.
