The champagne is very special for its rare grape selection where to the majoity of Pinot Noir (80%) some Pinot Blanc (20%) is added giving the wine an unique creaminess and exotic flavors.

The grapes for this wine come from old vines of eight different vineyards in Les Riceys, which are all processed separatly. To the base vintage approxiamtely 20% of reserve wines are added from an endless reserve which is stored in a giant wooden tank. After bottling the wine is resting for two years on the lees. No dosage is added, brut nature, bio certified like all wines from Olivier Horiot.
